SS13 Trends: Florals

What sort of spring would it be without a touch of floral fun? As expected, the runways were filled with our favourite spring time print but there were lots of different takes on it. Paul and Joe kept things classic with beautiful orange and yellow blossoms scattered across jumpsuits and dresses. Moschino took inspiration from the 60s with super bright daisies printed on pinafores and mini dresses. My favourite take on florals for this season has to be the mixing of oh-so-pretty delicate prints with swathes of snake skin as seen at Erdem and Preen. There is something so subversive about it that I really enjoy.
