I'd been wanting a facial brush for the longest time so I was over the moon when I finally got one at the end of last year. I am now the proud owner of the Vanity Planet cleansing, exfoliating face and body brush system. I've been using it for about 4 weeks now so it's quite clearly review time.

The Spin For Perfect Skin comes with four brushes. A cleansing brush for day to day cleansing, an exfoliating brush, a pumice stone and a body brush. It's described as a 'versatile tool designed to keep your skin looking fresh and flawless' and promises to help you 'spin your way to clear, beautiful skin'. The brush retails for £79 but there are always offers on so it's worth waiting for a deal.
HOW I USED IT: I've only used the cleansing brush so far as that's what I wanted it for but I will be updating this review when I get round to using all the other brushes. I use the cleansing brush once a day on makeup free skin. I wet my face and the brush with warm water and apply my Simple face wash directly to the brush head. I cleanse my face using small circular motions and then rinse with warm water.
PROS: Where do I even begin? This brush is the bees knees. After first use, I noticed a difference in my skin straight away. It was brighter and more even. Four weeks later, my pores are so clean and my skin is buttery soft. I usually have a build up of dead skin around my nose which has all but disappeared. In terms of delivering results, this brush does it for me.
On a practical level, the product is fairly lightweight and not too loud which would have been off putting. The bristles are firm but don't scratch the skin. The cleansing sensation does take getting used to but it isn't unpleasant. I would describe it as a sucking/brushing sensation that leaves your skin feeling a little tingly.
CONS: Batteries are not included. In this day and age, batteries should be included even if they are cheap and only last a week. Don't make me have to take batteries out of my remote just so I can try out your product.
Final Thoughts: I really really love this brush! It feels like a mini spa session every time I use it and my skin loves it. It's a firm fixture in my morning routine and now that I'm comfortable with the sensation of the cleansing brush, I'll be adding the exfoliating brush to my routine once a week.
