Jewel By Lisa's spring/summer 2013 collection has landed and once again it is an explosion of delicate yet versatile prints. The rising star of the Nigerian fashion set has created a collection inspired by the Fulani people of West Africa. Most pieces are printed with the distinctive shape of the Fulani earrings and baskets.
The prints are gorgeous and wonderfully complimented by the retro tailoring of the pieces. I adore the oh so 70s floor length gown with the peephole detail. The white collarless blouse with the basket print would make a fabulous addition to any work wardrobe.
With a collection this strong, it's no surprise that she is the darling of Vogue and finds herself gaining much deserved recognition on the international stage.
